The more alert you are to how your mind, body and emotions are reacting to changing circumstances, the more empowered you are to make moment to moment choices. Such moment to moment choices, provides less to no opportunity for disease.
Our goal is to help you to become your own healer and your own doctor, through the practice of self-awareness and self-knowledge. Moment to moment self-knowledge is very powerful, in terms of being able to provide solutions to correct the imbalance, before it can proceed to the diseased state.
And if one is in a dis-eased or diseased state or
in discomfort, we assist you in finding or educating you about easing
your discomfort, as well as finding a permanent solution. Remember the
key lies within you.
